Position Overview

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, AC, heat pumps, and ductless mini split systems
• Install and service Bryant heating and cooling equipment
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot Generac home standby generators
• Perform seasonal maintenance and safety inspections
• Explain repair versus replacement options clearly and professionally
• Maintain great communication with homeowners and the Crown Wheele team

What We’re Looking For

• Residential HVAC service experience
• Generator experience preferred, but not required for the right technician
• EPA certification preferred
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Valid driver’s license and a professional attitude with homeowners
• Pride in workmanship and doing things the right way
